At Rolling Hill Tops, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-printed credit card designs. Because each card is uniquely made just for you, we have specific guidelines for refunds.
1. Cancellations & Changes
Before Printing Starts: You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 Hours: Since we begin processing your design quickly, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
2. Refunds & Returns
Custom Orders Are Final: Because every card is made just for you, we do not offer refunds once printing has started.
Damaged or Defective Cards: If your card arrives damaged or with a printing error caused by us, we will replace it for free.
Customer Design Errors: We are not responsible for mistakes in the artwork provided by the customer (e.g., typos, low-quality images). Please double-check your design before submitting!
3. Refund Processing
If approved, refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
